Another Paris related assignement, after having written a one page story based on above charcoal drawing, I made a 3 storyboard kinda drawings. I've cropped them to show only the information related to the story. Next I'll have to keep this in mind while sketching. To explain a bit about the story... A young man, tired of his daily routine goes home by metro after another boring day at work. The moment he steps he notices a young woman, who to him seems almost a divine creature. As the story progresses the man reveals more and more stalker behaviour. When gets at his destination he panicks, worried about never seeing this woman again, and snatches her purse.

So after finishing the 30 sec movie assignement, we were given a new assignement. This time we have to design a 70x50cm protest poster, consisting of 1 illustration, 5 words. We've been given 5 typefaces to work with and can only use black and one colour free of choice. These are some things I came up with fairly shortly after been given the assignement. I'm protesting against the Red Queen's occupation of Wonderland.

A 30 second short movie, to motivate people to cook real meals, it still needs some fine tuning. I'll put up another version once I've come around this.

And with this I've finished my 3 logo's, I'm not completely satisfied with the result, perhaps I'll make some time to work on it a bit more...

I felt like sharing this, these are the final sketches for a set of 3 logo's telling you exactly what you can expect inside this club. In this case: People in suits that smoke a lot, Repitive electronic music and last, risk of getting shot.

The last step of 'the perfect woman' assignement, making a stop motion film.

For Graphic Design we had to take 12 photo's, for 4 days, 3 per day. In these photo's we had to display our feelings for paris on that day. All these were shot in Paris. The picture below contains a small story made out of 3 of the photo's used for the assignement above. It's a love story, I'll leave the rest to your imagination.

So the painting group at school was given an assignement called: 'Guilty Landscape'. I don't know the exact details, but I really like the work they made. Being able to see the process of creation of so many different 'guilty landscapes' inspired me to make my own. I haven't been able to spend as much time on it as I want to, but I'll keep working and upload my progress sometime soon(ish)...

I just went through the horrible process of making 120 frames for a 10 second dance animation. I don't (read: can no longer) remember the last time I've ever raged this hard... Anyways as I decided to spend my evening at home I ended up bored and so here I am uploading some pages of my sketchbooks, huzzah!
